Job Description:

5-8yrs experienceWork closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Conduct product demos and provide insights on industry best practices.Develop detailed functional specifications, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria for various insurance systems.Collaborate with end-users/customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.Lead and participate in virtual teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across different geographies.Provide input into project planning and actively participate in project execution, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the system meets the business needs.Optionally manage and mentor team members as needed.
