We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Financial Crimes team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on fraud and financial crimes. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate financial crime risks, and to design and implement effective controls and processes to prevent and detect fraud.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Business requirement gathering, analysis, process flow
• JIRA, documentation, stakeholder communication and system analysis.
• Actimize - Foundational knowledge preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with others
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve fraud detection and prevention capabilities.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's financial crimes risks and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective controls and processes to prevent and detect fraud.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and threats in financial crimes, including money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on financial crimes risks and controls.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to financial crimes.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documents, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
