Infosys is seeking Senior Business Analyst - Pega

You will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 4 years of experience in Information TechnologyLocation for this position is Addison, TX/Charlotte, NC. This position requires relocation or travel.Preferred QualificationsAt least 4 years of experience in in depth hands on application development experience in Pega PRPC v7.x/V8.x and Pega frameworksAt least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesParticipate in the requirement gathering/elicitation phase, and identify and define requirements, use cases, process flows, screen flows, and user interfacesFunction as a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs.Communicate and conduct walkthrough sessions for product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders.Maintain and Manage the scope of requirements for the Pega application/platform. Responsible for translating customer requirements into requirement specifications and Use Cases. A holistic view of application functional knowledge to manage IT and Business.Experience with working with reviewing UAT scripts and demo the User Story functionality to the Business Users and Product owners. Review the QA scripts to validate all the Functional scenarios are accounted in them. Pega Case Management knowledgeExperience in working with workflow Solutions and case management applicationsUnderstanding on Pega/Appian BPM process BPM Certification
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
