Senior Business Analyst

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will elicit, analyze, document, and manage requirements for complex business projects. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to healthcare and insurance project plans, develop new procedures and specifications, and conduct post-implementation audits. They will also drive business readiness activities, support training, and promote industry-standard analysis techniques for effective project implementation and risk mitigation.
**Job Title: Business Analyst**
**Location: Remote (Must live in North Carolina)**
**Pay Range: $48.00 per hour.**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Elicity, analyze, and document requirements for problems and projects for commercial marketing team of healthcare insurance provider.
+ Collaborate and manage 60+ stakeholders.
+ Develop new processes for system changes and improvements.
+ Conduct audits.
+ Support client with healthcare products and sales teams.
**What’s Needed?**
+ 5 - 7 years experience in related healthcare field
+ Bachelor's degree or advanced degree
+ Experience managing 60+ stakeholders while developing and implementing new procedures and system specifications.
+ Excellent time management, strong analytical and problem solving skills
+ Must reside in North Carolina, preferably Durham area.
