Senior Business Analyst - FIS

About the role: As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be working with global clients to analyze and improve their financial software systems. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, and Transaction Monitoring. Your expertise in agile software development will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions efficiently.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key player in driving the success of our projects.

What you will be doing:

Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, and Transaction Monitoring.Leading agile development processes and facilitating communication between stakeholders.Providing expert guidance and support to junior analysts and team members.

What you will need:

Extensive experience in business analysis within the financial software industry.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.Proven experience with agile software development methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team environment.

Added bonus if you have:

Experience with FIS software systems and tools.Certifications in business analysis or project management.Knowledge of emerging fintech trends and technologies.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards, including AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, and Transaction Monitoring.
