QUALIFICATIONS:
· Preferably a graduate of IT and Business-related courses or equivalent
· With at least three years' experience in business analysis
· Has strong stakeholder management skills
· Has ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
· Has effective documentation, presentation and communication skills
· Has excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
· Has good problem solving and analytical thinking skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identifies and addresses operational, financial, and technological risks within the business.
• Maintains, tests, and improves business and systems operations.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identifies and capitalizes on improvement opportunities.
• Identifies innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
• Evaluates the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
• Communicates ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
• Acts as a liaison between business and IT groups.
• Designs and documents new system features.
• Creates monthly performance reports.
