We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves analysing requirements, defining compliant solutions, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

This role is a hybrid position and will require 3 days per week in our Barcelona office.

Your First 90 Days
Within your first few weeks you will established position within tax team, know the stakeholders, what types of questions we’re dealing with, and will review some of the work delivered by other Business Analyst's to get an understanding of the process and tasks. 60 days in and you should will be able to deliver solutions using similar work delivered by business analysts these tasks won't be copy and paste but will follow closely to previous scenarios. After 90 days you should fully independent there will still be learning and development that you will undertake and requiring active guidance.
