Detailed Job Description Functional Design Relatedto Responsible for translating the requirements into viable functional designs, while maintaining the integrity of the producto Composing User Storieso Maintaining User Stories consistent with the Features and the Developmento Spearheading the Backlog groomingo Responsible for functional design and documentationTesting related:o Responsible for developing testing strategyo Directing test script maintenanceo Developing new test scriptso Modifying existing scriptso Managing the work load of the testing team Functional Team related:o Up skilling the team on Collections / market trendso Review and guide the work of junior analysts on the teamo Confirm the transfer of knowledge as necessary throughout the projecto Provide supervision and task management for the functional teamo Serve as the functional team’s point of escalationo Creating artifacts for knowledge sharing across different teamsUser Documentation related:o Responsible for ensuring that system and training documentation is updated for the releaseo Make necessary updates to the system and training documentation
