About the role
Drive Transformation & Optimise Sales Processes in a High-Impact Role!
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Coles 360 Transformation Team, where you’ll play a critical role in optimising sales, revenue reporting, CRM, and invoicing workflows.
Sitting at the intersection of business, technology, and finance, this role is ideal for a commercially minded problem-solver who thrives in complexity and ambiguity, is proactive in finding solutions, and can deep dive into challenges to drive meaningful change.
This permanent role is based in Melbourne, but we’re open to Sydney candidates willing to travel fortnightly. Applications close Monday 24th February.

What you’ll be doing
• Identifying inefficiencies, streamlining CRM sales processes, reducing manual touchpoints, and enhancing automation.
• Working closely with Salesforce and Power BI teams to improve forecasting, revenue tracking, data accuracy and reporting structures.
• Collaborating with sales, finance, tech, and digital teams to define and deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Running structured meetings, document requirements, end-to-end workflows, and drive execution at pace.
• Translating business challenges into technical requirements, working with CRM, tech teams and reporting specialists to deliver optimisations aligned with commercial growth.
What you bring
You bring a background in consulting, sales operations, CRM optimisation, revenue reporting, or digital transformation, and you’re passionate about solving complex business challenges.
You’ll also need
• Proven experience optimising CRM systems, invoicing and revenue reporting, preferably hands-on experience with Salesforce &/or Power BI
• Ability to connect business strategy with technical execution, prioritising high-impact initiatives.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, identifying challenges, and driving solutions.
• Strong ability to engage with diverse teams, from sales and finance to tech and digital.
