What success looks like in this role:

Analysis of the IT functional and non-functional requirements, make sense of the available information and ensures that the project team understands all the details they require. This is to be done according to the applicable methodology and toolset to be used. Collaborate with numerous stakeholders to ensure that their concerns, requirements, and contribution are included in the requirements specification document. Conduct business risk analysis. Update traceability matrix Analyze & define specifications linked to the integration with other applications and/or technological components. Provide input on low-level detail design issues and patterns. Work in collaboration with Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect to design models in a modeling tool based on predefined requirements. Assistance in the testing, the technical documentation, the technical training, the deployment, the evaluation and the reporting; Assist with training the administrators and users of the Systems. Provide training/coaching on analysis techniques;

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including 3 years or more as a Business Analyst; andMinimum 2 years of experience in modeling and UML and good knowledge of database systemsSubstantial experience in Business and IT System analysis, and ability to translate business requirements into IT requirements;Ability to apply architectural principles to functional solutions and use of model-based representations to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business;Strong experience in the use of modeling and design tools in Business or IT projects (ARIS, EA, etc.);Experience and willingness of working in an international/multicultural environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Capacity in writing documents; andExperience and willingness of working in an international/multicultural environment.Expert Knowledge of English is required (C1)
