Senior Business Analyst (Operation)

5 years or above in data (BI engineering), operations reporting and/or business analytics roles, and fluent English communication is a must; experience in management reporting to senior executives or experience in insurance operations is a plus

- Bachelor Degree or above (BA, computer science, statistics or related)- English: proficient in both speaking and writing- Communication skills: strong interpersonal skills- Tools: good understanding of Excel functions, and pivot tables; strong knowledge of common office tools (Word, PPT, Visio)- Reporting skills: able to distill information into understandable format, and understand the nuances of written commentary for senior executive reporting- Technical skills: well command of common querying languages (e.g. My Sql) and visualization tools (e.g. QlikView, Tableau, PowerBI); and/or experience in handling large data sets and/or relational databases; ability in building automation flows (with PowerQuery or PowerAutomate) is a plus- Strong logics and strong reasoning skills- Excellent communicator and multi-tasking problem solver- Self-starter, attentive to details, well-organized and team oriented- Willing to work on flexible shift
