Your opportunity
To join the Change Management Team, leading change initiatives on behalf of Global Operations. This role will support Global Operations to support and deliver large and complex transformational change initiatives. The role holder will work within an Operations Change Team and have a pivotal part in analyzing, structuring, and executing M&A transactions.
Duties Include:
+ Define, develop, and maintain appropriate plans for Operations initiated by change events and/or M&A
+ Control the intake, prioritization, and allocation of support requests / activities; managing any dependencies to ensure Operations meet committed deliverables and timelines.
+ Adhere to the change and transformation M&A project lifecycle, including maintenance of plans, briefs, risks and issues, dependency tracking and other relevant reporting artefacts.
+ Create and maintain structure, including roles and responsibilities and governance.
+ Drive stakeholder engagement across Global Operations and the wider business, present progress, highlight issues, challenge, and drive decisions – ensure relevant content is brought to the groups for discussion.
+ Ensure any resources including external vendors are managed and resourced to be able to deliver successfully.
+ The ability to ensure seamless business integration, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and growth.
+ Represent and act as a bridge between senior leadership, finance, legal, and operational teams to align business objectives with M&A activities
+ Perform additional duties as required.

Must have
+ Experience within Global Operations
+ Proven experience in business analysis, strategy, or M&A Operations within Asset Management, Asset Servicers, Advisory/Consultancy firms or other Financial Corporate environment.
+ Strong analytical capabilities, a strategic mindset, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
+ Robust and proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst.
+ Strong leader, equally comfortable facing off to Working and Steering Groups, challenging stakeholders, directing, and motivating across team.
+ Strong Microsoft office skills including Teams, Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
+ Aligned Project Certifications
+ Highly organized with excellent communication skills
+ Excellent stakeholder management skills – the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
+ A rolled-up sleeve positive and delivery focused approach
+ Experience in delivering projects in Financial Services
Nice to have
+ Previous experience within Asset Management would be highly desirable.
+ Direct experience with M&A Operationswith a focus on Implementation / integration activity
