Senior Business Analyst - Oracle Fusion

CGI is seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, particularly within the public sector in Trenton NJ.

In this role you will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and improving business processes, ensuring that Oracle Fusion is effectively aligned with organizational goals. This position will work closely with stakeholders across various public sector departments, IT teams, and external vendors to facilitate smooth and successful ERP system implementation, integration, and optimization.

This is a hybrid opportunity based at our client site in Trenton, NJ.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Implement Oracle Fusion Procurement and enhance procurement efficiency
• Configure & Perform UAT along with users
• Conduct JAD sessions and document requirements, while maintaining requirement traceability
• Conduct sessions for users to give them knowledge and create SOPs of the configured system
• Laise with leadership and develop innovative and creative for solutions for challenging client needs
• Collaborate well with project management and department management teams
• Build and maintain strong working relationship with cross-functional business groups as well as technical specialists.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5- 7 years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (Purchasing, Inventory & iProcurement)
• Good functional implementation knowledge on Oracle Fusion Financials. AP, AR & GL Modules
• Knowledge of SOX, PCI, GDPR compliance, and security best practices
• Skilled in managing both functional requirements and technical integrations
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management Certified Implementation Specialist
• Experience in migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion is highly desired.

Education: University Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $91,500-160,200.
