GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Business Analyst to supporty our VA Customer. Candidates must be highly organized, adaptable, and intellectually curious self-starters who have a passion for innovation and collaboration. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position is fully remote.
ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for successfully executing project tasks and for ensuring coordination and desired outcomes are accomplished. The environment is dynamic, and flexibility and forward-thinking views are important for success.
Manages customer communication and project milestones Facilitates customer requirement meetings to collect requirement informationAnalyzes customer’s process, identifies process improvement opportunities, and validates use-case viability for automationDevelops detailed preliminary requirements used to generate cost estimates and level of effort to contract developer teams to executeFacilitates customer interaction with the system integratorManages enterprise-wide reporting solution documenting requirements, process flows, and metricsCreates prototypes of future state dashboard with consolidated data visualizationsManages risks and issues associated with COE delivery

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Operations Research or related fields9 years professional experienceA Master’s Degree may be substituted for 2 years of required experience with a Bachelor’s DegreeExperience with robotic process automationExperience creating custom reports using PowerBIExperience with UI PathStrong communication skills, including expressing ideas concisely and effectively Project management skills, with experience working in Jira, Salesforce, SharePoint, and ConfluenceProduct delivery experience within IT organizationsStrong analytical and investigative skills Must be able to identify and mitigate program risks, and escalate risks as necessaryMust be a problem solverClearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability / Public Trust clearance

Posted Pay Range
