Initially, you will be involved in strategic missions for our Montreal-based clients. You’ll join an experienced team that will provide the support needed to successfully complete your assignments and achieve your objectives.

We are looking for talented individuals with strong motivation to take on new challenges. This position at CGI offers a unique opportunity to learn from a high-caliber team and experience a professionally and personally enriching intercultural environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Leading workshops with teams and stakeholders to identify impacts, risks, and key challenges.
Implementing all change management levers to mobilize and engage key project stakeholders.

Conducting business model transformation activities, including analyzing the current state, identifying market trends, formulating or refining a business vision, evaluating key implementation initiatives, formalizing a transformation roadmap, and defining a target operating model (governance, processes, change management). These efforts will enable the execution of key business initiatives while identifying stakeholders, analyzing impacts, assessing risks, and supporting the implementation of the proposed changes.

Coordinating activities and ensuring deliverables are produced on time.

Ensuring the quality of deliverables and producing progress reports. Defining and measuring success criteria while monitoring the progress of changes for each project.

Managing and tracking the progress of business model transformation deliverables in line with project governance and integrating activities and deliverables into the project’s overall schedule.

Proposing action plans to achieve objectives in response to unforeseen situations and potential risks.

Leading business development opportunities and positioning our offerings in the market.
