What you will do You design business architectures that align with IT architectures, focusing on business processes and information. You optimize from a customer perspective while balancing standardized and efficient business design. Architecture is strategically valuable to Aon due to the complexity of business and IT. Insight into current and desired operating models is crucial to reduce complexity, serve clients optimally, and lower operational costs. You play a key role in this by merging clients, services, colleagues, information, and applications into processes. In your role, you create architecture models and frameworks and apply them in strategic and tactical initiatives, advising senior management and change teams. You balance multiple initiatives, stakeholder needs, and priorities, making the work varied and demanding. This is who you are + You have an academic working and thinking level with a demonstrable experience in roles as Business Architect, Process Architect, Information Architect or Application Architect with a strong process focus. + You have thorough knowledge of architecture methods, models (preferably Novius Architecture Framework), modeling techniques (Archimate, BPMN) and tools. + You are analytically strong and also pragmatic. + You are a trusted advisor to senior leadership with excellent relationship management skills. + As a teamplayer with a creative mind you explain complex matters to a wide range of stakeholders. + You communicate excellent in Dutch (B1) and English, both spoken and written.
