As Business Change Manager, you will be joining Digital Services & Infrastructure Agile Release Train (DSI ART) which belongs to IT Services. We support Arla across functions with key components such as Network & Telephony, M365 & Collaboration tools, AI tools, End-User devices, SAP Services, Cross systems integrations.
You will be supporting DSI ART teams to enable the changes needed within the IT Services and changes that will impact across Arla. As a result, you will work on increasing employee adoption and system usage. We work in an agile set up where we continuously plan and review our projects accordingly to make sure we provide the most value for Arla.
