You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners to help businesses effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.

As an essential part of the team, you will support the Business Services & Outsourcing (BSO) team and be responsible for the project coordination of all administrative tasks associated with our client work and will be a central point of contact for managers and partners in relation to the clients for their office. You’ll also:

Process client and project acceptance in line with anti-money laundering regulationsManage the client onboarding and KYC requirements for multiple stakeholdersCoordinate statutory searchesPrepare and circulate reports for client teamManage the client profile set ups in various systems including global portalMaintain relevant file documentation and manage project workflowManage various tasks & milestones within online applications for projectsSupport the maintenance of the resource booking systemMaintain the regulatory requirements within the departmentClient billing and correspondenceProduction of various client document packs, finalising documentationCoordinate key meetings for the client teams to ensure delivery deadlines are keptLiaise with clients as first point of contact on non-technical queriesLiaison with the shared service centre and business support hub to complete tasksCoding supplier invoices

Confidence working with a variety of key stakeholders and varying needsAdministration experienceIT skills especially Excel, MS Dynamics, Word, MS teams, One Drive & SharePoint, DMS, portalsExcellent written and verbal communicationExperience with Workday preferredA flexible and proactive approach to support multiple services lines within the departmentThe ability to build relationships and work within a team environment across streams and officesThe ability to navigate and manage various internal processes Accuracy and attention to detail A growth mind set and problem solving approachTact and discretion The ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivatedThe ability to manage a number of projects and prioritise tasks
