The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 1700 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and business applications. Most recently, SAP Labs Bulgaria expanded in the topics of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES
As an integral part of the SAP S/4HANA sustainability product portfolio, the Product Compliance solution capability enables companies to manage operational, financial, and reporting risks holistically across their facilities and stay compliant with worldwide regulations. SAP’s main customers in these areas are companies from different business industries such as Chemicals, Oil and Gas, Utilities, etc. SAP Labs Bulgaria is a strong contributor to the development of the SAP S/4HANA enterprise business solutions running in the cloud.
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are looking for a new colleague (maternity replacement) who will define and deliver enterprise reference business configuration and documentation, which helps our customers to rapidly configure their business processes. We value business and analytical skills, as much as teamwork, trust, collaboration, and creativity.
YOUR PROFILE
Work in a cross-functional team of talented and motivated colleagues, following agile methodologies and the industry’s best practices.
Develop and deliver Best Practice Content: configurations for specific business processes in SAP software applications.
Create guides for configuration, administration, and usage of the software.
Analyze and solve issues in existing and new configurations.
Monitor incoming incidents and work with different teams to resolve them.
Work in accordance with specifications and project plans.
Extend knowledge beyond own functional focus, and work on other tasks for the benefit of the team.
Build very good product and process knowledge and share expert knowledge with the team.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
University degree
Problem-solving and analytical skills, with high attention to details
Ability to work without close supervision over complex tasks and innovative projects
Creative thinking, willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
Excellent team player, with strong communication skills, passionate about his/her work, self-motivated and driven
Fluency in English
WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience with software development, administration and maintenance, or quality assurance activities will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience with SAP configuration will be considered a strong advantage.
