Senior Business Coordinator (On-Site) - Office of Faculty Affairs

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2 years of office-related experience.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role(s)


Job Summary: 

To manage, coordinate, and directly support the administrative and business management, and/or staff activities within a Process/Department.
Ability to think & act on own initiative in providing process management of financial, human resource, and administrative support functions.


Job Duties:

Provide administrative support for various programs within the Office of Faculty Affairs. Coordinate program meetings and events Assist in development of PowerPoint presentations, flyers, and advertisements Manage budgets Assist with data collection, management, and analysis Prepare annual reports Maintain a master calendar of activities Interact daily with Faculty Affairs leadership, faculty members, and peer colleagues Perform other related duties as required

Salary Range:
$56,000.00 to $70,000.00, actual salary commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

On-site, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and as needed on occasion.
