Base Salary: Up to £70k depending on experience
Commission: £30k on target, uncapped

The role
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Business Development Executive with a strong background in healthcare, SaaS, and technology. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities and leading high-value deals within the healthcare sector. You will work closely with our sales, account management, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that expand our customer base and strengthen our market position.
Responsibilities:
Devise, develop, and execute comprehensive sales strategies, targeting key accounts within the healthcare and technology sectors. Manage and grow a pipeline of business opportunities, moving prospects through the sales funnel from initial contact to awarded contracts. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within NHS Trusts, ICSs, and healthcare organisations to understand their needs and tailor solutions. Work closely with internal teams, including account management, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless transitions from sales to project delivery. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the healthcare and technology sectors. Lead the creation of persuasive, high-quality proposals and responses to RFPs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organisational objectives. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, ensuring timely progression and successful outcomes. Lead negotiations for new contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both PKB and the client.
