Responsibilities

Business Development

Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conference, as well as through market researchDevelop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders to ensure BSI is well placed to win new business and/ or maintain and grow existing business.Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations to close new business deals.Arrange client meeting to understand customer needs and to present our products and services

Customer Account Management

Proactively keep track of customers’ needs and satisfaction level to encourage existing customers to continue using our products/ services, and issue renewal contracts.Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services. 

Managing Sales Process

Ensure full set of signed contract and customers’ company profile are passed over to operation team for scheduling products/service delivery as soon as possible.

Requirements

University Degree level or equivalent education4 to 5 years relevant work experience in sales and business developmentEnergetic with an “Hungry for Sales” attitude, be result and KPI drivenEnjoy achieving and over-achieving targetsStrong connection with ICT, Financial sectorsGood command of spoken and written English.Good command of spoken and written Chinese Cantonese & Mandarin is a plusKnowledge on ISO Standards will be advantageousWorking experience in Certification Body will be advantageous
