At KF (Sales & Marketing), we are embedded with an entrepreneurial “company mindset” and an end-to-end accountability for the e-Mobility business, characterized by agility and flexibility, with focus on customers and stakeholders collaboration through a probing mindset.
We are now looking for a Senior Business Development Manager eMobility to strengthen our team. Sustainability, CO2-targets and NetZero are central elements and will be core for this position. A number of important projects to develop and leverage eMobility in new markets are at the heart of this position.
Work description
The role involves a large spectrum of activities ranging from market exploration activities, comprehension of the e-mobility eco-system, active participation and leading related projects.
Furthermore, you'll play a crucial part in the development, execution, and communication of Scania's e-mobility strategies in and outside of Europe in collaboration with other stakeholders.
You will be a central person in our sustainability journey as you will be responsible at KF for the long term eMobility volume journey. Where are we now and in the future, what are our ambitions and what legislation is setting targets.
Your responsibilities will also encompass the creation of compelling materials to effectively illustrate and convey our mission and strategy.
As a key contributor, you will have a significant presence in various decision-making forums dedicated to defining and tracking our strategy.
Finally, you will be required to develop a close collaboration with multiple stakeholders on a diverse range of strategic topics, spanning across the e-mobility community at Scania, and Traton Group.
Your profile
You are hands-on kind of person with a structured approach. You are able to synthesize complex information, make use of data in a professional way. You are analytical and like numbers and can illustrate what is important in a compelling and logic way to provide recommendations for decision making.
You have an understanding of the framework used in the strategic work but you also understand the value of challenging the traditional ways. You are a good communicator, and you have a strong ability to network and reach results through others. You inspire people by your optimistic, passionate, and engaging personality. You have a commercial and/or technical university degree and a holistic business understanding of the transport industry. You are fluent in English and available for occasional business travels.
