Senior Business Development Manager - Workplace Furniture
About this role
A renowned workplace solutions supplier and manufacturer are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow their client base. In this role you will be responsible for targeting the end users of the product, with a focus on large corporate organisations and driving sales and growth across Sydney.

Thie ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong ability to identify key clients and build new relationships. This is a targeted end-user client engagement position and requires some existing contacts beyond the A&D sector.

Key Responsibilities Identify and persue New Business opportunities and focus on converting these from opportunities to product/consultancy sales Schedule and run End User presentations for introductory and educational meetings to work towards the promotion of the company and their product Understand and manage information flow from sales funnel to identify quality information and hot projects/leads Ensure the brand is placed for success on major project tenders b liaising with the end users to be chosen as the preferred specifier  Develop and execute a business plan with management for weekly, monthly and quarterly strategic sales objectives 
Skills and experience 5+ years in a senior sales or business development position Existing client network within commercial, real estate, developer, tech and finance or government  Proven ability to build interpersonal relationships with key industry contacts Track record of securing key account with decision makers
