Job DescriptionOlsson’s Energy team is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to drive strategic growth within our Utility market. This role is ideal for someone who has grown up in the industry, combining engineering and utility expertise with business acumen and relationship-building skills.
We are looking for a natural connector—someone with a consulting background and hands-on experience in the utility sector who can communicate effectively with engineers and executives alike. This role will focus on developing client strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding our presence in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute tailored business development strategies focused on utilities and power delivery.Leverage Industry Expertise: Apply engineering and utility experience to provide technical insights and strategic direction for client engagements.Cultivate Strong Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to utilities and energy clients, ensuring alignment between Olsson’s capabilities and client needs.Expand Olsson’s Presence: Identify new opportunities, cross-sell services, and drive revenue growth within the energy market.Represent Olsson Externally: Attend industry conferences, engage in professional networking, and elevate Olsson’s profile as a leader in power delivery solutions.
