**A Snapshot of Your Day** The Senior Business Excellence Consultant is overseeing numerous small and agile workstreams, supported by a network of skilled project managers and champions/leads across regional teams and central functions. This role will collaborate with executive management at both regional and corporate levels to optimize team performance, driving a strategy which you helped establish for a $3 billion business aimed at redefining excellence in the energy original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sector. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Setting a regional strategy & implementing to achieve business excellence in sales and implementation to maximize margin optimization. + Connect many activities, initiatives, etc. that are levers and/or opportunities that enhance success in the form of gross margin creating opportunities (efficiency, cost of good sold, fixed costs etc.). + Manage and present review calls on progress of projects with executive level leaders in region, business unit and division as well as corporate. + Motivational leader upskilling and learning; ensuring all those who interact create a multiplier effect to share knowledge across the organization, motivate and support complex projects and engage team in challenging and exciting concepts and findings! **What You Bring** + MBA a must, in Engineering or related field; additional trainings and certifications a plus. + 10+ years industry experience in consulting (preferably, Energy or Oil & Gas or Industry) as well as excellent leadership initiative. + Eager to learn and grow; daily strategic approach with strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) to various teams and partners while promoting a learning environment. + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
