In this role, you will:

Support the Unclaimed Property Operations-Safe Deposit Box Repository teamAdminister programs, projects, or processes specific to the businessPerform business operations that are administrative in natureFacilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operationProvide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partnersCoordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policiesInteract with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiativesProvide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of businessProcess unclaimed safe deposit box content and prepare for jurisdictional reporting for escheatment and process customer reclaims of content.Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Unclaimed property experience is a plus Ability to operate in multiple applications, systems, and document/file types (PEGA, MS Access database, Share drive, SharePoint, Etc.)Branch banking background and tools, such as Hogan, DIPR, OIB, SVPHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookDetail-oriented; able to perform research, assess dataExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.Ability to quicky and effectively complete various processes in a complex and changing regulatory environment.
