In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in planning and execution of Business Growth Strategy activities and projects that directly support or assist in implementation and optimization of efforts for growth opportunities in an assigned marketEnsure adherence to compliance regulations and policies within Business Growth Strategy functional areaPerform research within Business Growth Strategy functional area, identifying and selecting best channels and product combinations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of coverage in marketplace and to meet the unique needs of customersDevelop strategies to enhance sales in a designated market and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in Business Growth Strategy operations, policies, procedures and compliance requirementsLead a team to meet business objectives within Business Growth Strategy functional areaCollaborate and consult with Business Growth Strategy managers, colleagues, stakeholders, bankers, brokers, and both business and community leaders, including internal or external customers to grow market share and meet customer needsLead Business Growth Strategy projects and teamsServe as a mentor for less experienced individuals


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Mortgage Industry experienceExperience and understanding of Tableau reports and DashboardsStrong collaboration and partnering skillsExperience in presenting to senior sales management and ability to articulate key messagesAdvance Microsoft Excel skillsBusiness development experienceBilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in Spanish & EnglishStrong influence skillsResults oriented with ability to motivate sales teamsLeadership skills and community involvement
