**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Business Improvement Specialist is responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing strategies to enhance business efficiency, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence. This role is key to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring sustainable business growth.
**What you'll be doing**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Process Analysis & Optimization:** Assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
+ **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Analyze key business metrics and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
+ **Continuous Improvement Initiatives:** Develop and implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive business excellence.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with different departments to ensure alignment on improvement projects.
+ **Technology & Automation:** Identify opportunities to implement digital solutions that improve workflow and productivity.
+ **Project Management:** Lead business improvement initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
+ **Performance Monitoring:** Establish KPIs and track progress of implemented strategies to measure effectiveness.
+ **Change Management:** Drive adoption of new processes and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency.
**Required Qualifications & Skills:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in business process improvement, operational optimization, or strategy development.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
+ Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
+ Ability to influence decision-makers and lead cross-functional teams.
+ Experience with business intelligence tools and automation software is an advantage.
