What is the opportunity?
The Senior Talent/Business Insights Analyst you will provide in-depth analysis of talent data collected from various sources to build insightful reporting and predictive talent models; recommend suggestions for management decision making. You will apply your experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to support a variety of projects.
What will you do?
Lead the collection and compiling of talent data including: planning, designing and implementing talent analytics projects including scoping requirements and modelsEstablish and produce workforce metrics and develop predictive analytic modelsTranslate HR talent data into business insights to support business initiatives and strategiesBuild partnerships with various functions such as HR technology team, IT function and business function, to ensure fluency exchange of data and fulfillment of requirementsWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Advanced knowledge of relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, and data management; able to write, execute, and interpret queriesAdvanced experience with Data Visualization / Dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau)Intellectually Curious –self-driven learner in areas including new business models, analytical techniques, technical skills etc.Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in writing and orally to individuals and groups, with proven skills in presenting to stakeholders or managementAbility to build strong stakeholder relationships and foster ownership, innovation and collaboration within a teamNice-to-have
