Support
Assess mid-term OMNI business growth opportunities to inform strategic decisionsDevelop and tailor key content to engage with senior leadership team (China and global team when needed) and OMNI employeesProvide insights to support pipeline and portfolio planning and high-level go-to-market strategyEnsure efficient project management regarding OMNI-level market research and strategy projectsAd-hoc attend DET monthly meeting and Market Access related taskforce meetingQualification and Experience 能力与经验

Master degree or above
Consulting, strategic planning, New product planning/ strategic marketing preferred
Front-line Pharma sales experience is a plus

Above 4 years’ strategic planning in pharmaceutical companies particularly in specialty care together with healthcare consulting experience is preferred
Proven record of business analytics and insights synthesis
Strong storyboard development, PPT and excel capabilities
Strong project management capabilities
In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical value chain, e.g. regulatory, supply chain, sales, marketing, channel, access etc. and disease knowledge
Fluent in both written and spoken English
