The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Supply Chain is responsible for providing key stakeholders in Supply Chain with actionable insights and data to make business critical decisions. They will work directly with leadership to create dashboards and automated reports in PowerBI to monitor the health of key supply chain metrics such as inventory and On Time Deliver as well as a suite of reports which enable our planning and procurement teams. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Supply Chain and Operational Excellence and is part of the Supply Chain and Operational Excellence organization. This position will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Develop insights from data and deliver actionable solutions to improve our supply chain operations and drive results + Develop and maintain data models and processes to ensure accurate and timely reports + Create dashboards for automated, centralized reporting + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and analyze the key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement + Use PowerBI to create meaningful insights from large datasets The essential requirements of the job include : + Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, supply chain, and/or data analysis + Bachelor's Degree in business analytics, data science, or a related supply chain field + Self-starter who enjoys autonomy and working in a team environment + Must thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment with shifting demands, priorities, and timelines. + Expert in PowerBI with strong analytical thinking and problem solving It would be a plus if you: + Started in a supply chain role and then transitioned into a BI role Phenomenex, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. The salary range for this role is $110,000 – $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
