Job Description Job Description: We are seeking an insightful and business-focused Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Casualty Analytics Group. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our data-driven decision-making process, helping to identify opportunities and shape strategies that drive business value. Key Responsibilities: Business Insight Generation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and identify opportunities where data analysis can provide solutions Conduct in-depth analysis of casualty data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making Develop hypotheses and test them through rigorous data analysis to generate actionable business recommendations Identify key performance indicators and metrics that effectively measure business performance and progress Data Visualization and Storytelling: Design and develop intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to senior business leaders Transform complex data into clear, compelling visual stories that drive understanding and action Optimize existing dashboards and reports to improve performance and user experience Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels in a clear, concise, and impactful manner Expertise and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with data teams to ensure data models support effective business intelligence capabilities Stay informed about industry trends and competitive intelligence to provide context for data interpretation Principal Working Relationships: VP, Analytics and Data Science Business Unit Leadership EVP, Product Cross-Functional Stakeholders in Product, Finance, and Sales & Marketing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role Strong SQL and Python skills for data querying and analysis Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms) Experience developing dashboards and reports for executive audiences Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; continuously asking “so what?” Ability to communicate complex, technical problems to non-technical stakeholders Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholder relationships Benefits We’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self. Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
