Full Time Exempt
This is a hybrid work position with 1 to 2 days per week being in-person. The ideal candidate will reside in the West Michigan region.
What you will need:
Education: Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in data visualization tools, familiarity with Tableau preferred, competent in SQL
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
Ability to present to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
Problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
What you will do:
Develop understanding of business functions and processes and stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging business intelligence trends.Report Development: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess business performance and identify trends.Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence activities.Strategic Planning: Provide insights that support strategic decision-making and business planning.Process Optimization: Partner with team members to optimize and automate routine work through BI solutions.Benefits and Total Rewards:
