Our team is looking to add a Senior Business Intel Analyst to our Service Insights team. Service Insights team is part of Digital Solutions, that is on Service Solutions digitization journey. This role will provide service insights to Service Solutions business functions like contact center, service, parts etc. and will be interacting with all levels of management team. You will help in building digital solutions utilizing internal, external data and connected vehicle data. You will work closely with the product owner, the development team, and other stakeholders to collaborate and deliver data-driven products and services that meet the customer and business needs. You will also use various tools and technologies, to process, interpret, and visualize data. 

Responsibilities Design new reporting solutions, development of visualization tools / KPI's for various business functions which provide users self-service capabilitiesDevelopment and maintenance of Power BI reports/dashboardsIdentify appropriate data sources, establish benchmarks, and create repeatable reporting processAbility to connect, ingest and analyze data from internal databases as well as from external dataProactively identify / resolve data issues across systems to ensure reporting is accurate and timelySummarize and present data findings, recommendations, and methodology to senior leadership, department leadership and enterprise stakeholders

 

Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience 

OR

Master’s degreeAt least 3 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience 

OR

At least 7 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience  Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
