The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst role is responsible for delivering on the vision of Operations and Service Delivery (OSD) by providing an outstanding experience that simplifies, innovates, and anticipates how to ease the way of our core leaders and caregivers. This role oversees critical data and analytical components to deliver insights to all functions of the OSD team, COEs, and stakeholders. Works with senior leaders and key HR stakeholder to identity analytics and reporting requirements, analyze service(s) and caregiver experience insights; develops and executes a plan for effective analysis and presentation of the information. Includes thinking beyond the immediate problem and assures that a comprehensive review of the data surrounding the problem is considered.

Required Qualifications:
4 years of Professional experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, visualization, predictive analytics, or related consultative role 2 years of Advanced PowerBI experience, or similar data visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau 1 year ability to lead complex projects and solutions demonstrated thought leadership and the business value of solutions in a clear and understandable way 1 year of experience educating others on data analytical techniques and conceptsPreferred Qualifications:
