Job Description
Reporting to Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, Sr. Business Intelligence & CRM Specialist will support Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to drive high performance of in-field teams to support the organizational growth. This role will provide market intelligence services designed from commercial team and business excellence programs to support Management & commercial team’s requests. This role will also support customer management system (Veeva), sales system and to enable the sales force CRM implementation effectiveness.
Responsible for the development & implementation of sales force effectiveness programs that optimize the performance of Taiwan & Hong Kong Sales Teams, facilitating the achievement of country sales-force productivity targets. Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of the following:
1. Support Sr. SFE Manager on the end-to-end sales force planning process including:
- Target setting upload to the system
- Manage incentive calculation and upload to system for analysis; Provide relative SFE report to sales team and update dashboard; Provide relative SFE/Veeva training and orientation for new hire sales reps.
2. Business Intelligence
- Daily management of external data from distributors. Work with external agency to develop PBI
dashboards to support cross-functional team.
- Support the Brand teams via internal sales and CRM data by providing insight to identify area of
opportunities, tracking the brand KPI and facilitate action planning. Provide daily, monthly and
quarterly in-market sales report/tailor made report based on business priorities.
3. CRM Management
- Veeva CRM Database management: As a champion of Veeva CRM system, work with global data
team to manage the Veeva database in a practical way and support international team have clear
visibility to essential data.
- Sales database management: Manage sales data from distributor. Work with external agency to
develop essential PBI dashboards to support commercial team’s needs.
- Harmonize data from Veeva and distributor system to set a strong foundation of data analysis.
- Work with Business Technology Solution team and Area/International team for CRM project
Qualifications
Education Experience/Qualification:
-University degree in business, economic, accounting or engineering
-At least 3 years of solid experience in SFE or business/ commercial excellence, familiar with sales system and data management
-Knowledge on Veeva CRM, Sales Force Excellence planning tools and systems
-Experience in pharma or medical device is a plus
Essential Skills & Abilities Required:
- Strong numeric analytical skills, familiar with excel tools & Power BI
- Familiar with database management
- Proficient in verbal and written communication (English)
