Wholesale Chief Operating Officer

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as SeniorBusiness Management Manager.

Principal responsibilities:

Responsible for process and operation performance optimization for Wholesale Banking (Commercial Banking / Global Banking), including collaboration with Operations and other internal stakeholders to drive cost efficiency, streamline processes, prioritize demands, and expedite front-to-back operation transformation.Develop and recommend changes and improvements to operating models, procedures and practices. Oversee the cost spend and trends for Wholesale Banking. Drive key people agenda for Wholesale Banking, including headcount management, staff engagement, internal communications, and learning and development. Provide business management support for Wholesale Banking.
