General Information:

\n

Sales Transformation Manager will look to drive continuous improvement of sales performance across Consumer Outreach. Propose, create and execute projects that will affect key KPI’s related to the sales needs of the client to drive and enhance performance. Will lead and develop sales initiatives and strategies, which will include sales trainings, contests and employee development. Will analyse performance results and present out to key leaders including VP’s

Purpose of the position:   

\n

Identify, propose, and execute projects aimed at improving overall sales performance for the departments assigned. Work closely with operations to carry out continuous improvement and optimize performance

\n

Key task & result areas:               

\n

•               Analyse and identify key areas of opportunity to drive sales performance.

\n

•               Assist operations and lead the execution of projects aimed at improving sales performance.

\n

•               Develop sales trainings.

\n

•               Design and implement a strategic sales plan that grows sales performance.

\n

•               Present out results and initiatives to key leaders, including VP’s.

\n

•               Develop incentives and contests to drive and improve sales performance.

\n

•               Responsible to conduct research and complete special requests required by the client and stakeholders involved.

\n

•               Assess sales performance through observations and measurement and suggest corrective action as needed.

\n

Job Requirements

\n

Education requirement           Must        High school diploma or equivalent

\n

                Preferred Intermediate Vocational Education

\n

Minimum skills and requirements to hire:        

\n

Must        Analytical Skills (thinking outside the box and sales oriented)

\n

                Must        Self-motivated and driven 

\n

                Must        Schedule availability, based on hours of operation

\n

                Must        •              C1 English level 

\n

•               Basic computer skills (Hardware)

\n

•               Office packages (Software)

\n

                Must       •               20Mbps Individual Internet speed

\n

•               Personal Mobile (Verification processes)

\n

                Must       Sales experience (experience in closing sales and upselling additional products)

\n

                Must       Sales Skills including positioning products to meet customer’s needs

\n

                Preferred               Focus on building value to position product

\n

                Preferred               Ask appropriate open-ended questions

\n

                Preferred               Strong closing, when asking for the sale and skilful use of assumptive sales techniques

\n

                Must       Ability to identify potential sale/revenue

\n

                Must       Available for On-site equipment updates

\n

                Preferred               Previous Call center experience

\n

                Must       Experience with creating content and presenting out to Key Leaders

\n
