Propose, create and execute projects that will affect key KPI’s related to the sales needs of the client to drive and enhance performance. Will lead and develop sales initiatives and strategies, which will include sales trainings, contests and employee development. Will analyse performance results and present out to key leaders including VP’s **Purpose of the position:** Identify, propose, and execute projects aimed at improving overall sales performance for the departments assigned.
