Senior Business Operations Analyst

You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales strategy, standardizing business processes, and increasing the productivity of the sales organization. You'll collaborate closely with VP- and Director-level leadership to inform decisions with data and implement tools and processes that scale. If you're passionate about leveraging data to make a tangible impact, we'd love to meet you. What you'll do:Own the models and processes for setting sales goals and administering the sales incentive program.Analyze B2C sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform sales strategy and improve sales performance.Build and maintain actionable, intuitive sales reporting in Salesforce, CRM Analytics, and Tableau.Collaborate with Engineering and Sales leadership to prioritize, test, and implement improvements to sales technology, including Salesforce capabilities.Role Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.Proven ability to translate business drivers into spreadsheet models, and to translate model outputs for stakeholders in leadership.Experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations (or similar), ideally in a dynamic, high growth setting.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teammates throughout the organization, from entry level to VP-level, and between diverse teams (e.g. Engineering and Sales)Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field4+ years of experience in analytical roles focused on growing a businessStrong spreadsheet modeling skills; SQL proficiency is a plusExperience with CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Tableau, CRM Analytics, e.g.) – and curiosity to master and improve our specific toolsWhy you’ll love working here: Perks, Benefits, and more!
