**Position:** Senior Business Operations Analyst **Job Description:** 1.Evaluate, improve, and maintain operational processes to ensure an efficient and productive workflow. 2.Ensure operational services to customers and business team meet internal & external customer services levels and operational KPIs. 3.Identify opportunities for improvement and devise cost-effective alternatives. 4.Participate in the creation of workflow documentation. 5.Inventory and Orders management 6.Dealing with every individual in the team, from Business Support, Sales, BU, Suppliers, SBM, Asset, Suppliers.... 7.Close monitoring & focus on individual line/item by BU/Program on inventory & aging movement.
