We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and business growth through sophisticated data systems and scalable processes. In this role, you will develop and optimize the foundational business systems and analytics frameworks that power Prime Video Advertising operations. Working at the intersection of Prime Video, Amazon Ads, and Amazon MGM Studios, you will implement efficiency improvements that enhance decision-making accuracy, streamline operations, and accelerate revenue growth. You will also play a key role in identifying and executing supply and monetization opportunities across our diverse content portfolio, from original programming to FAST channels, helping to maximize advertising revenue while maintaining an exceptional viewer experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and operate data systems that bridge Amazon Ads, Prime Video, and Amazon MGM Studios data, enabling comprehensive business insights and revenue optimization
- Create and manage scalable business processes and information systems to support B2B marketing, industry events, and sponsorship operations
- Develop and maintain the Prime Video Advertising operations database and self-service analytics tools that empower teams to analyze performance data
- Create and optimize data pipelines to streamline collection and analysis across platforms, automating routine reporting processes
- Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and knowledge bases to enable operational excellence at scale
- Drive alignment and consistency across global teams to ensure successful execution of advertising initiatives
-Lead strategic supply and monetization workstreams to unlock new revenue opportunities across content types, including analysis of inventory potential, operational feasibility, and implementation planning
