At mobile.de, we believe strong operational foundations drive business success. We’re looking for a (Senior) Business Operations Manager (d/f/m) to help turn strategy into action by designing and implementing governance processes that empower teams and enable efficiency.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize operational planning and review processes, ensuring alignment, transparency, and impact across the company. You’ll also play a key role in driving process improvements and fostering collaboration to support sustainable growth. You will report to the Senior Manager Business Operations, mobile.de.

This is a hybrid position based in Berlin, Charlottenburg, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.

What You’ll Do

Operational Planning & Governance

Support strategic planning by preparing leadership planning sessions and reviews for the company leadership team.

Partner with department leadership teams to define company objectives, roadmaps, and key outcomes.

Manage annual and quarterly planning, including the OKR process.

Establish a structured operating rhythm and review cadence for transparency and efficiency.

Ensure accountability for governance deliverables and status updates.

Process Optimization

Analyze and streamline governance processes for better efficiency and scalability.

Maintain and improve tools and templates for clear and consistent communication.

Continuously refine workflows to enhance business operations and decision-making.

Collaboration & Communication

Act as a key liaison between leadership and teams, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.

Facilitate workshops, strategic alignments, and decision-making sessions across teams.

Lead training and information sessions to foster clarity, alignment, and engagement.

Work closely with stakeholders to co-create solutions that address business needs.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in business operations, operational excellence, or governance (experience in e-commerce, consulting, startups, or company building is a plus).

Strong expertise in process design, OKRs, operational planning, and governance frameworks.

Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics and drive data-informed decisions.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Experience collaborating with senior leaders and guiding teams through change.

Hands-on, solution-oriented approach—we tackle challenges together!

Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) to collaborate across teams.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, in Business, Economics, or a related field.
