We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Specialist/Expert to complement our DEXIS Business Operations team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Lead small – middle size commercial projects for Dexis business unit.Support strategical Commercial initiatives utilizing project & Lean management capabilities.Responsible for operational pricing & customers master regular data maintenance.Support of Commercial team and other collaboration teams with Pricing and Customers Master data information.Utilize EBS as main methodology to increase organization efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure performance tracking against of define KPIs to improved performance of sales and forecast accuracy.Primary Responsibilities:
Lean Management: Implement and oversee lean management practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste across all business operations and ensure EBS is follow as part of daily job. Support & Lead implementation of Standard work across different operational areas.Project Management: Lead and support various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget and quality standards.Operational Pricing Management: Utilize ERP & CRM systems to manage and optimize pricing strategies, ensuring pricing data completeness in ERPs and control mechanisms of deviated pricing, price leakage to be defined, implemented and followed.Master Data Management: Support maintenance and management of master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all business systems.Analytical Skills: Analyse complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.Excel Expertise: Utilize advanced Excel skills to create detailed reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.Support to Develop & Maintain Tools: Bring experience with utilization of different online tools to support business operations and enhance user experience during Customers Satisfaction Survey or Quarterly Business Reviews.Business Ops Manager Support: To support Business Ops to Manage yearly Commercial planning cycle, support internal/ external business reviews.Collaboration: To build strong collaboration with Country/ Regional Sales Managers and order function to ensure efficiency.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Ba/BS degree in Business or relevant fieldBusiness Administration, Operations Management, Economy or a related field.Proven experience in lean management, project management, and operational pricing management. Lean Six Sigma Certification is beneficial.Proficiency in SAP.Knowledge of CRM environment.Knowledge of Oracle is beneficial.Knowledge of Tableau Reporting is beneficial.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Advanced Excel skills, including the use of macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas.Experience in web page development and online tools building (advantage).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High Level knowledge of Order-to-Case cycleFluent in English, any additional European language is a plusPreferred Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations or a related field.At least 3 years of experience with lean management/ project management practices.Experience with operational pricing management and master data in SAP and Oracle systems.Operational experience with CRM SystemOperating Company:
