Your day-to-day:

 

Provide insights on industry development, market trends and business performance in Kazakhstan and Central Asia markets to support management decisions;Serve as Finance lead in regular market demand working sessions including  IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process ensuring updates in business strategy and financial impacts;Develop financial models to evaluate performance scenarios and support strategic decision making;Conduct scenario modelling to evaluate financial impacts of changing market conditions, enabling proactive risk management and strategic planningParticipate as Finance representative in business projects and carry out financial assessment of projects’ deliverables;Support business stakeholders with financial analysis of key strategic projects;Actively participate in preparation of rolling forecasts and budget cycles, align on key assumptions with business stakeholders as well as support in preparation of executive presentations.

 

 

Who we're looking for:

 

A higher education degree in business analytics, finance, economics, or accounting;Minimum of 3 year experience in Financial/business planning or Controlling, experience in a multinational or FMCG companies would be a plus;Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong numerical and data modelling skills;Fluency in English – advanced written and verbal communications skills;Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling;A confident communicator who is able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
