In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To support the development and execution of business plans and ensure alignment between functional and site goals. To conduct detailed business and data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. To lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and analyze existing business processes aimed at improving productivity and efficiency, reducing waste, and reducing costs. To design, develop, and implement IT tools and solutions that support process improvement initiatives. To develop, ensure, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Functional Leaders. To assist in allocating and utilizing IT resources to support operational and strategic projects, ensuring optimal use of the center’s capabilities. To proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the successful execution of initiatives, ensuring project goals are met within time and budget constraints.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree. At least 5 years of experience in business planning, process improvement, project management, and IT. Previous experience in working within a project team and/or managing projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Kit (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, PowerApps) and other internal tools and data management systems (SharePoint). Experience with software development and IT tool implementation. Proven knowledge of building impactful presentations and internal communications.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Experience in SAFe Agile or similar methodologies is a plus.
