CVP is seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team to solve complex operational problems using a combination of people, process and technology, and your Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. The Senior Business Analyst will perform all aspects of business requirements management in a large healthcare system environment. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will assist with all phases of the software development life cycle including gathering and translating healthcare business requirements into functional development specifications, following development tasks to completion, and investigating ways to optimize current functionality and processes. The ideal candidate has experience acting as product owner and/or manager and with backlog ownership.

Responsibilities Lead initiatives to define and translate complex business and user requirements into functional requirements.Apply an agile mindset to complex work projects.Create and maintain the product backlog and other supplementary requirements artifacts.Work closely and develop relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented and met.Evaluate business requirements to identify gaps, interdependencies and reconcile conflicts with proposed solutions.Shepard requirements through all lifecycle phases from inception to post-release.Works independently on large complex tasks.Identifies work without guidance.Direct client contact. May direct the work of others.Ensures work is “client ready.”Identify process improvements, either with client or project processes, and executes solutions. Qualifications Must be eligible for a Public Trust government security clearance. Current Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. 6 years of business/requirements analysis experience in a healthcare systems environment.NIH experience desiredStrong troubleshooting, analysis, problem-solving, decision making and communication skills.Ability to write clear, unambiguous requirements in a variety of styles.Ability to manage time and tasks based on changing priorities.Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.Excellent analytical skills.Experience eliciting, analyzing, prioritizing, documenting, and tracing software requirements.Experience managing backlogs.Excellent written and presentation skills.Excellent effective listening skills.Experience communicating with Project Stakeholders, technical and non-technical, in differing roles and various levels in the organization to identify, analyze, and prioritize requirements.Experience documenting requirements using industry standard tools.Experience facilitating meetings and workshops between cross-functional teams.Experience working with Federal Government clients is strongly preferred.Proficient in Atlassian tool suite as a requirements management tool, primarily Jira and Confluence.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

Desired Skills

Experience working with healthcare clinical, business and IT teams and SDLC (Agile environment preferred).
