As a Senior Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for, monitoring and reporting of operational performance metrics through data analytics. This is a challenging role that relies on your ability to effectively analyze performance and identify opportunities that will support leadership in delivering critical business results. You will also be responsible for analyzing impact of an event such as a new program going live or an outage. Success in this role depends on the individuals’ ability to pay attention to details, analytical capabilities, conduct root cause analysis, create / validate an action plan (short term and long term) and effectively report out at an operational and leadership level. In addition to carrying a desire to learn and having an impact on a great team, you'll also discover the career opportunities you'd expect from an industry leader. **Primary Responsibilities of the Senior Business Process Consultant:** **Analyzing Business Processes:** • Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement • Use data analytics to understand process performance and pinpoint bottlenecks **Data Collection and Analysis:** • Collect highly complex data from various sources and business departments to organize it for data analysis • Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, identifying trends and patterns that can inform business decisions **Providing Insights and Recommendations:** • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders using data visualization techniques • Propose solutions and strategies to address business challenges based on data analysis **Designing and Implementing Improvements:** • Develop and implement new processes or enhance existing ones to boost efficiency and productivity • Create detailed project plans for process changes and oversee their execution **Change Management - Monitoring and Adjusting Processes:** • Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes within the organization • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of new processes and make necessary adjustments • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support the implementation of new processes **Stakeholder Communication:** • Communicate with stakeholders to gather input and secure buy-in for process changes • Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data in business reviews _You will be rewarded and recognised for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in._ **Required Qualifications of the Senior Business Process Consultant:** • Proven previous experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role within a large matrix environment. • Experience in gathering and analyzing data, and effectively presenting data to senior stakeholders, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. • Significant operations metric analytics and reporting experience • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership • Strong communication skill sets, with the ability to support and present information in a variety of different formats to all levels of stakeholders • Previous experience working within a large multinational matrixed environment **Skills Required** • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in data visualization tools • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies • Organizational Skills • Previous hands-on experience in SQL **Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Business Process Consultant** • Healthcare experience • Experience working across multiple geographies • Experience and understanding of US healthcare system, billing of medical claims and associated data environments • Report designing and development in Tableau **Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
