This team will map current client operational processes, conduct operational effectiveness assessments, develop business process improvement recommendations based on best practices, redesign processes to benefit from automation, communicate results and recommendations to key client stakeholders, and support implementation and change management. Senior Business Process Engineers will reengineer processes and lead process improvement and automation teams while managing client projects.
